Hi-Tec oils Sprintcar Super Series
ONE DAY. ONE TICKET. DOUBLE THE ACTION.
May 16 is shaping up to be a big one at WSS.
We’ve rolled two race meetings into one to give some of our classes one last run for the season, so there’s going to be a lot happening all day.
Spectator gates open at 11.30am and we’ll kick things off with a Pit Party until 12.45pm, so get in early, have a look around and catch up with your favourite drivers.
Pre program racing will get going from around 1.30pm with:
Street Stocks
Junior Sedans
Compact Speedcars
Legend Cars
Late Model qualifying
Then from around 4.30pm we roll into the main program:
Sprintcars - Hi-Tec Oils Sprintcar Super Series Grand Final
Late Models - NSW Championship, $5000 to win
V8 Dirt Modifieds
Lightning Sprints
We’re expecting strong numbers across most classes and the pits will be tight, but that just means plenty of racing.

Event Times
Spectator gates will open from 11:30am, giving fans plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere. Cars will hit the track from 1:30pm, with pre program racing starting at 1:30pm. The main show kicks off at 4:30pm, and while we aim to wrap racing up by 9:00pm, finish times may vary depending on race conditions.
Tickets & Entry
Tickets are available both online and at the gate, however online tickets are cheaper and will help you skip the queues on arrival. All current pricing and ticket options can be found via the official event ticket page on the Western Sydney Speedway website.
Companion Card tickets are available online and at the gate and must be used in conjunction with a valid pensioner ticket.
Food, Drinks & BYO Policy
You’re welcome to bring your own food into the venue, however commercial takeaway food and glass items are not permitted.
BYO alcohol is not allowed, and bags will be checked on entry. A fully licensed bar will be operating throughout the night.
Pits, Seating & What to Bring
Fans can access the pit area without a pit pass from 11.30am to 12:45pm, and again after the final chequered flag of the night.
There is no reserved seating, so all seating is first-come, first-served.
If it’s your first time at the speedway, we recommend bringing:
Hearing protection for kids (and adults sensitive to noise)
Sunglasses or safety glasses
Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dusty
Sun protection for the afternoon sessions
Corporate Boxes & Highline Lounge
Corporate boxes are available for groups of 15–20 people and can be booked by contacting
info@westernsydneyspeedway.com.au
If you’ve purchased a Highline Lounge ticket, please head to the box office on arrival to collect your wristband.
Livestream & Scams Warning
Can’t make it trackside? The event will be streamed live via motorsportstv.live.
Be cautious of fake or scam links circulating online — only use official channels.
Merchandise, Parking & Event Info
Merchandise will be available from the trackside shop, as well as driver and team stands.
Parking is plentiful, with overflow options available if the main car park fills.
Driver nominations and the official runsheet will be published on the WSS Facebook page closer to race day.
Pit Passes & Licences
Pit passes can be purchased from either the spectator ticket booth or the pit ticket booth.
One-day pit licences are not enforced at Western Sydney Speedway.
We’re gearing up for a massive night of Sprintcar racing and can’t wait to welcome fans back trackside. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, everything is in place for an unforgettable night under lights. ??
